How to use the Automatic Skewering Machine (Automatic Skewering Machines)

  • Arrange the meat on the mold (meat tray).
  • Connect the air hose from the air compressor to the air pressure gauge of the machine.
  • Turn on the air supply to the machine (typically 2–4 bar depending on your production settings).
  • Plug in the machine power.
  • Place the mold onto the conveyor of the machine.
  • Press the ON button to start.
