The TC-30S Automatic Skewering Machine is engineered for high-efficiency meat processing facilities specializing in grilled products. This industrial system replaces manual labor for inserting sticks into meats such as pork, chicken, beef, vegetables, and processed seafood, including Yakitori and Satay styles.

Manual skewering is a bottleneck in production, often leading to workplace injuries and inconsistent output. The TC-30S automates this process, operated by a single supervisor. It is capable of processing 10,000 to 15,000 sticks within an 8-hour shift, significantly outperforming manual labor rates.

Application & Versatility

The machine is designed to handle various food shapes and sizes with precision. Operators simply arrange the meat onto the custom mold tray; the machine automatically inserts the stick.

Operational Workflow

  1. Arrange meat on the mold tray.
  2. Connect air supply from compressor to machine gauge (2-4 bar).
  3. Turn on air supply to the machine.
  4. Plug in the machine power (220V).
  5. Place the mold onto the machine conveyor.
  6. Press the start button to begin operation.
