Manual skewering requires significant daily labor, skilled operators, and consistent output to meet production targets. This process carries inherent risks of workplace injury and may fail to achieve expected output.

We propose the implementation of an Automatic Skewering Machine to automate the skewering process. This automated system operates continuously, capable of processing approximately 14,400 skewers within an 8-hour shift, far exceeding the manual rate of one skewer at a time. Operation requires only a single machine supervisor.



This system reduces workplace accidents, lowers production costs, requires minimal investment while maximizing output, and maintains consistent product quality. It ensures sanitation and hygiene standards as the machine operator has minimal direct contact with food, thereby reducing contamination risks. Furthermore, the system is straightforward to install and operate.

Meat skewers produced are uniformly arranged, allowing manufacturers to achieve better size control and standardization. Product quality is consistently maintained and assured.
