• Arrange meat pieces on the mold tray.
• Connect the air hose from the compressor to the machine pressure gauge.
• Turn on air supply (recommended pressure: 2–4 bar depending on production setup).
• Plug in the machine.
• Place the mold onto the conveyor.
• Press start to operate.

Manual skewering requires significant labor. Workers must be skilled and work fast to meet daily targets, which increases accident risk and may reduce productivity.

It can produce approximately 10,000–15,000 skewers within 8 hours — much faster than manual work which produces only one stick at a time. Only one operator is required.
