How to use the Automatic Skewering Machine (Automatic Skewering Machines)

• Arrange the meat on the mold (meat tray).
• Connect the air hose from the air compressor to the air pressure gauge of the automatic skewering machine.
• Turn on the air supply to the machine (typically 2–4 bar depending on your production settings).
• Plug in the automatic skewering machine.
• Place the mold onto the conveyor belt of the machine.
• Press the power/start button to begin operation.

Every day, a lot of labor is required for manual skewering. Workers must be skilled and rush to meet daily targets, which increases the risk of accidents during work, and your production may not reach the expected goal.

We offer an Automatic Skewering Machine to assist with skewering—an automated machine designed to improve production.

The machine can produce about 10,000–15,000 skewers within 8 hours—much faster than manual labor, which typically makes only 1 skewer at a time. Only one operator is needed to run the machine.
